Youth policy

As a football club, we are increasingly faced with all kinds of social, social and cultural changes. These developments, together with the evolution that the football game has undergone in recent years, mean that we as an association must adapt to the needs of our members. High-quality youth training is central to this.

As a board, we therefore want to offer all our youth players an optimal training in which not only attention is paid to training footballers, but also provides total education. The youth policy plan is the instrument for achieving these objectives in the short and long term. However, the success of this project will require effort from all parties involved (board, trainers, supervisors, player and parents) .

However, efforts that will be rewarded and will lead to greater football fun for everyone.
